This section is a quote from Gordon's letter of 1994Heshvan20 to the Watchtower:
"This is one of the things of the greatest of beauty that I have been given. I give it to you my brothers, though you hate me still, because you only hate due to fear and blindness. Mind you those things are the reasons for all hate of God's creations are they not?
6 Jesus said: I am the way, the truth and the life (John 14).
The first century Christians were called 'The Way':
2 In order that he might bring bound to Jerusalem any whom he found who belonged to The Way, both men and women (Acts 9).
9 But when some went on hardening themselves and not believing, speaking injuriously about The Way before the multitude, he withdrew from them and separated the disciples from them, daily giving talks in the school [auditorium] of Tyrannus (Acts 19).
11 Knowing that such a man has been turned out of the way and is sinning, he being self-condemned (Titus 3).
The modern day congregation is currently called 'The Truth', actually by divine providence, and the congregation to come, is to be called: 'The Life'. There it is. This is because it will be a judicially living congregation amongst other things. And it is truly marvellous. But with a birth there is much pain. For goodness sake, do not prolong this pain any further."
OK, well 18 years later, the pain is only worse.
FDS2 and FDS4 are both the light for as Jesus said...
14 You are the light of the world. A city cannot be hid when situated upon a mountain (Matthew 5).
12 Therefore Jesus spoke again to them, saying: I am the light of the world. He that follows me will by no means walk in darkness, but will possess the light of life (John 8).
And as John said...
21 But he that does what is true comes to the light, in order that his works may be made manifest as having been worked in harmony with God (John 3).
So having done good works in the first church of a presence one then responds to the light and comes to the light of the better understandings of the second true church of a presence.
And for both of the second true churches of each presence the scripture is true which says...
5 And the light is shining in the darkness, but the darkness has not overpowered it (John 1).
