No duplicate can occur in any chapter (stone collection) because the 12 tribes are not clones. Likewise in the first Holy Sprit, the 9 tribes were not clones. Ideally the stones should be separated in 4 divisions of 3 in some way, just as the tribes were and the Ephod was.
The most natural divisions would be the 3 silicates SiO4 silicates (Zirconium, Topaz, Chrysolite), the 3 microcrystalline quartzes (Chrysoprase, Sardonyx, Chalcedony), then we are left with 3 pairs (corundums, beryls, macrocrystalline quartzes) so we split all 3 pairs and get (Jasper, Sapphire, Emerald) and (Ruby, Beryl, Amethyst).
Every stone of Satan is a stone in the Ephod. So we expect that every stone in the Ephod is a stone in New Jerusalem, by the same principle. The lexicons freely admit that they do not know the stones of the 3rd row or stone3. The LXX has stones but it puts Jasper as stone 6 which is obviously wrong given the Hebrew of stone12. The vulgate has some stones, but it is less accurate than the LXX. So we are free to choose stones 3-6 as we like basically. We therefore chose them to be the 4 remaining stones of Rev21 as above.
