Psalm118:26 is quoted in Matthew21:9, Luke13:35, Luke19:38 and John12:13.
26 Blessed be the One coming in the name of Jehovah; We have blessed you people out of the house of Jehovah. (Psalms118)
9 As for the crowds, those going ahead of him and those following kept crying out: Save, we pray, the Son of David! Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord! Save him, we pray, in the heights above! (Matthew21)
34 Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the killer of the prophets and stoner of those sent forth to her -- how often I wanted to gather your children together in the manner that a hen gathers her brood of chicks under her wings, but you people did not want [it]!
35 Look! Your house is abandoned to you. I tell you, you will by no means see me until you say, 'Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord.' (Luke13)
37 As soon as he got near the road down the Mount of Olives all the multitude of the disciples started to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice concerning all the powerful works they had seen,
38 saying: Blessed is the One coming as the King in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven, and glory in the highest places!
(Luke19)
12 The next day the great crowd that had come to the festival, on hearing that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,
13 took the branches of palm trees and went out to meet him. And they began to shout: Save, we pray you! Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord, even the king of Israel! (John12)
Here is the whole Psalm118, the last of the Hallel Psalms. It was sung after the 4th cup at the Passover...
David is speaking as Jesus' body, the 1NC saints.
1 Give thanks to Jehovah, for he is good; For his loving-kindness is to time indefinite [to all, meant generally, even those destined for Gehenna he will show loving kindness]
2 Let Israel [Sons of the ICC] now say: For his loving- kindness is to time indefinite.
3 Let those of the house of Aaron [Sons of the JAC] now say: For his loving-kindness is to time indefinite.
4 Let those fearing Jehovah [Sons of the 1AC] now say: For his loving-kindness is to time indefinite.
5 Out of the distressing circumstances I called upon Jah; Jah answered [and put] me into a roomy place. [The Kingdom of God]
6 Jehovah is on my side; I shall not fear.
What can earthling man do to me? [Reader Question: He can take only our human soul, not our angelic soul or our eternal life. 28
And do not become fearful of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul;
but rather be in fear of him that can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna (Matthew10)]
7 Jehovah is on my side among those helping me, So that I myself shall look upon those hating me.
8 It is better to take refuge in Jehovah Than to trust in earthling man/Adam [literally regular mankind. W1: The saints, the last Adam, sons of Jesus are Jesus to God].
9 It is better to take refuge in Jehovah Than to trust in nobles. [literally secular leaders. W1: Church leaders. Especially in the final part of the days we must not take refuge or hope in the so called 'princes' of the NWO who setup a counterfeit kingdom]
10 All the nations [false churches, spiritual gentiles] themselves surrounded me [Jesus'
body, the 1NC saints in TCC1]. It was in the name of Jehovah that I kept/will destroy/circumcise/holding off them.
11 They [all the nations] surrounded me [Jesus'
body, the 1NC saints in TCC2], yes, they had me surrounded [Jesus'
body, the 1NC saints in TCC3]. It was in the name of Jehovah that I kept/will destroy/circumcise/holding off them. [Enemies surround the true church. We hold them off, not becoming part of them or adopting their practices]
12 They surrounded me like bees [Jesus'
body, the 1NC saints in TCC4]; They were extinguished like a fire of thornbushes. It was in the name of Jehovah that I kept/will destroy/circumcise/holding off them. [Here the pressure of those encircling the true church becomes worse and they will be cut off by divine intervention. The thorn bush produces only pain and burns down very quickly, they are extinguished with a quick and all consuming fire, of the truth revealed and through physical signs which back it up, some of which relate to nuclear terrorism.]
13 You [the non 1NC, non 'me', non Jesus, members of the 1NC churches of TCC1 and TCC3, of 'you' and 'me'] pushed me hard that I should fall, But Jehovah himself helped me [this is those who are not Jesus' body pushing those who are].
14 Jah is my strength and my song/psalm [happiness],
And to me he becomes salvation [because I relied upon him].
15 The voice of a joyful cry and salvation is in the tents of the righteous ones. [The 4 true churches, all of which are temporary, hence tent]. The right hand of Jehovah [Jesus' body] is demonstrating vital energy/power [in TCC1].
16 The right hand of Jehovah is exalting [in TCC2 and in TCC4, where the 1NC saints have no priestly power but see the incredible interpretations that they missed for years]; The right hand of Jehovah is demonstrating vital energy. [In TCC3]
17 I shall not die [Judicially],
but I shall keep living [judicially, true for all the saints and all those who will end up in the 2 rapture covenants],
That I may declare the works of Jah.
18 Jah corrected me severely, But he did not give me [Jesus' body] over to death [judicial death] itself [a saint dies judicially when he dies physically unless he dies with a water baptism].
19 Open to me the gates of righteousness [for a new water baptism, a righteous declaration in the flesh, a sealing in TCC2 and in TCC4 if the 1NC saint accepts the severe correction], you people [in FDS2 and in FDS4]. I shall go into them; I shall laud Jah.
20 This is the gate of Jehovah [the water baptisms into TCC2 and TCC4]. The righteous themselves will go into it [those who were in the previous true church are declared righteous upon entry into the next, they finish their water baptism].
21 I shall laud you, for you answered me And you came to be my salvation.
22 The stone that the builders rejected has become the head/chief/beginning/top [Xar] of the corner. [Jesus, the first cornerstone laid.
Then the 3 further cornerstones suffer the same fate]
23 This has come to be from Jehovah himself;
It is wonderful in our eyes.
24 This is the day that Jehovah has made [the 1,000 year day of the Kingdom]; We will be joyful and rejoice in it. [Seeing the outworking of God's purpose]
25 Ah, now, Jehovah, do save,
please!
Ah, now, Jehovah, do grant success, please! [to your people in worshipping correctly]
26 Blessed be the One coming in the name of Jehovah [Applying to Jesus in FDS1, to Paul in FDS2, to Russell in FDS3 in Gordon in FDS4]; We have blessed you [the congregation] out of the house of Jehovah. [Built by the cornerstones coming in his name. The blessing being salvation through resurrection or rapture]
27 Jehovah is the Divine One, And he gives us light. Bind the festival procession with boughs, Oh you people, As far as the horns of the altar. [fulfilled on Palm Monday and fulfilled again by the Great Crowd of Revelation7]
9
After these things I saw, and, look! a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes; and there were palm branches in their hands.
10
And they keep on crying with a loud voice, saying: "Salvation [we owe] to our God, who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb (Revelation 7).
28 You are my Divine One, and I shall laud you; My God -- I shall exalt you.
29 Give thanks to Jehovah, you people, for he is good; For his loving-kindness is to time indefinite (Psalm 118). [Hallelujah,
amen!]
