3 In answer Jesus said to him: Most truly I say to you, Unless anyone is born again [literally generated from above], he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus said to him: How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter into the womb of his mother a second time and be born, can he?
5 Jesus answered: Most truly I say to you, unless anyone is born from water and spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 What has been born from the flesh is flesh, and what has been born from the spirit is spirit.
7 Do not marvel because I told you, you people must be born again (John 3).
Here is the meaning...
1. You must have been born again either as an angel or as a non adamic human at some point in order to be a spectator to the proceedings of the Kingdom.
2. You must have been born again as an angel or as a non adamic human either by entering into Zoar or by entering into the first death and being resurrected as a human from it, in order to enter it.
Furthermore the heavenly angels who have not ever been humans will have no influence over the kingdom of God. They will see it, yes, for they have obviously been generated from above. But they have not been born from water, so they cannot have any effect on the kingdom without coming down as a human. Some of them may indeed do that during the kingdom. But until they do, they are merely spectators!
