2 If a thief should be found/caught/obtained/apprehended in the act of breaking in and he does get struck and die [not necessarily by the home owner], there is no bloodguilt for him.
3 If the sun has shone forth upon him, there is bloodguilt for him. He is to make compensation without fail. If he has nothing, then he must be sold for the things he stole. (Exodus 22 NWT)
So Jehovah is legislating slavery here if the the thief cannot afford compensation. This is rather different to the laws in California right now where it is OK to steal less than $1000 dollars worth of goods from a high street shop.
The trouble is there is quite a lot of space between the act of breaking in and the sun rising. So it appears that God is asking us to use our judgement in that space.
So the situation must be that a thief is in the act of breaking in and stealing. Then you must attempt to apprehend him with your body or with the threat of a weapon. If he refuses to be apprehended and continues the invading theft, then you can shoot him with impunity. This law would not apply to a child (under 11, the baptism age see joining#j8).
If you are a passer by and you see a shop being robbed and you kill the robber in the act. There is bloodguilt if the shop was open. There is no bloodguilt if the shop was closed and the thief broke into it AND you attempted to apprehend him and he refused to be apprehended. This law deputises every person to be a policeman if they wish. It gives them the right but not the obligation.
When you invade another persons home or nation for the purpose of stealing the goods or land, you can be killed with impunity by anyone on the scene. that was the risk you took under law in Israel.
But Jesus died to end the penalties of the law. He was sacrificed to end the sacrifices of the law. He was crucified outside Jerusalem to end the genetic exclusivity of the law. His death ended the law, its penalties and its prescriptions and its exclusivity. But Paul says that by law IS accurate knowledge of sin, not WAS accurate knowledge. So the law defines sin even today. So there is no bloodguilt today for the striker of a thief in the act of breaking in.
But you have to strike the thief who then dies in order not to be bloodguilty. Remote killing via a gun for example is not covered. In fact remote killing has big ethical problems because it is not necessarily accurate and it sanitises the process for the killer by detaching him from his victim.
But the nation of Israel was the house of Israel. So we can apply Exodus22 to the entire nation. If an invading army attacked Israel on its home ground, then Israel and anybody within it could defend itself without bloodguilt.
Furthermore anyone could go to their rescue, invited or not and help the invaded nation by killing the soldiers of the invader without bloodguilt. The apprehension requirement is fulfilled once the war is ongoing.
Sometimes, the Jews would chase their attackers back into the country they came from and kill them there. I guess there was no bloodguilt for that if it occurred on the day of the battle.
But having no bloodguilt, means no capital offence has been committed. It does not mean no offence has been committed.
So there is a massive amount of personal judgement required here.
As discussed above there is no bloodguilt for someone who kills Russian army personnel in the act of invading the sovereign country Ukraine (however much Putin wants people to believe that Ukraine is not sovereign or is not a country). Russians open themselves up to that abuse when they abuse the sovereignty of Ukraine.
But there is a massive amount of judgement that needs to be exercised here.
1. Biblically, the conflict is the fulfilment of Daniel7, the 3 ribs in the Russian bear's mouth being Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk, 3 out of 26 provinces of Ukraine. these 3 ribs are dividing the Russian military, the teeth of the bear. The Russians military is not keen on a close combat war with their Ukrainian brothers. They are divided over the matter. But these ribs are saying: Get up eat much flesh. the bear is followed by the 4 headed Leopard like beast. Just as Alexander the Great was followed by 4 generals in fulfilment of Daniel8.
5 And, see there! beast [1x], other [+1x] second [it was] [2x], being-like/resembling/similar to a she-bear [1x+1x=2x. Mother Russia]. And to one side it was raised up [1x. It is raised up against the West but not against the East. Its hypersonic missiles raise it up above NATO in military capability] and there were 3 ribs in her mouth [3x. The South Ossetian rib of Georgia, the Abkhazian rib of Georgia and the Crimean rib of the Ukraine. Nope: The Donetsk, the Luhansk/Lugansk and the Crimean ribs of Ukraine. A rib is what remains over after the flesh has been licked off and consumed. Israel consists of 12 ribs which are 12 tribes. - But also 12 administrative regions of the country. These are 3 administrative regions of the Ukraine which have now been occupied by Russian forces and are therefore in the mouth of the Russian bear - dividing its teeth, its military as to what should be done next] [they were] between/separation of/separating teeth of her [3x.21x = 63x. 21 pairs of teeth. Bears have 42 teeth and 21 opposing teeth pairs. Military power]; and rightly/like this they [3x: the ribs not the teeth who are divided over this. The teeth, the Russian military, are divided by the ribs. But why the deliberate ambiguity?] were saying to her [5x: The bear], 'Get up, eat much flesh [1x+1x=2x: Ribs and teeth must both have fulfilments].'
6 After this I kept on beholding, and, see there! another [beast], like a leopard, and to/for wings 4, which of a flying creature, upon its back [Indian and Chinese Air forces]. And to-the-beast 4 heads, and rulership was given to her [The Goat coalition of Daniel8. Russia being the he goat of the she goats. BRICS Russia, China, Germany, Turkey (perhaps India and South Africa which have leopards in their countries. Germany has the Leopard battle tank and Turkey uses German tanks. 4 wings and 4 heads appears to means 4x which must be months as well as 4 nations. However in Daniel 8 the two horned ram is the UK/US beast and the Goat of the Goats in Russia and their coalition. 4 smaller horns of the he goat of Daniel8 come up in the place of the large horn which is broken. These are the militaries of 4 of the coalition members which fill the gap produced by the destruction of the Russian military. One of these horns is not represented by a head on the beast but does nonetheless supply military force to the beast].
2. Russia is the he goat of Daniel8. The UK is the older smaller horn on the ram and the US is the larger younger horn on the ram. The she goats are the BRICS nations who are aligning with Russia over the invasion of Ukraine.

When I raised my eyes, then I saw, and, look! a ram, one (rxa)

there was a conspicuous horn between its eyes [Russian military. It sees everything in military terms - it cares nothing for sanctions].

And it threw it to the ground and trampled it down, and the ram proved to have no deliverer out of its hand [It has the 2 horns of the ram and the large horn of the goat and the 4 horns making 7 and 3 more?]

Russian military was destroyed by nuclear war], and there proceeded to come up conspicuously 4 instead of it [These horns are on the other goats under the he goat. The 3rd beast of Daniel7 with 4 heads and 4 wings - 4 nations which do not include Russia. Germany has Leopard tanks as does Turkey], toward the 4 winds of the heavens [North =
Germany - Mike's Dream and from which the little horn of the EU emerges,
South = South Africa, East = China, West = Brazil].
So basically Russia is going to win WW3. But then it military will be destroyed and replaced with a ghastly German, Chinese, South African and Brazilian coalition of she goats. This being the 4 headed Leopard beast of Daniel7.
3. There is really no point in siding with demon A over demon B in a pointless war being manufactured by the globalists in order to justify sanctions which will have no effect on Putin but will destroy the financial system of the West and enable the global reset to occur. UNLESS Putin is an agent of the globalists, which since he conquers the whole world - he is. Perhaps the SWIFT payment system will be replaced by the Chinese CIPS system (Cross Border International Payment System). Although why it is so hard for banks to send each other secure emails about money the writer does not understand.
Yet no man has a greater love than this. That he lays down his life for his friends. And the good Samaritan always applies.
4. Under Secretary of State for Ukraine, Victoria Nuland admitted to Senator Rubio at a Senate Foreign Relations Committee meeting on March8, that the US has Biological Weapons Labs in Ukraine, this having previously been denied by every fact checker and USA Today quoting unnamed State Department sources.
VICTORIA NULAND: Ukraine has a biological research facilities, which, In fact, we are now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces, may be seeking to gain control of. So, we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach.
Is this yet another deliberate mistake like the Afghanistan withdrawal? In stead of leaving 85 billion dollars of military hardware behind in Afghanistan, they left all their bioweapons behind in Ukraine? Why were these labs not dismantled or neutralised not by the Ukrainians post invasion but by the Americans pre invasion? Was it because the globalist non Biden administration wanted to provide Putin with a post facto justification to invade? These labs must breech agreements with Russia about not putting WMDs in Ukraine. It puts Ukraine into a Cuban Missile Crisis situation, which could well justify the military action we have seen by Russia to remove that threat. Although Russia did not cite those labs as its pretext for invasion. It cited a need for a buffer zone and declared the this was to be Ukraine's purpose in life. But one could equally well argue that Ukraine needs Russia as a buffer Zone against China.
The non Biden administration wants Russia to win in Ukraine, that is why they repeat his that that interfering will lead to WW3 to limit the help Ukraine can get. Biden's pen vetoed the Mig29 deal to Ukraine in order to ensure Putin conquers them.

They beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks -
close killing (defensive) weapons
The spear is both a remote and a close killing instrument.
So we shall legislate against remote killing weapons and war machines, they shall be illegal. But people will chose for themselves to repurpose their close killing weapons.
In the UK it is a criminal offence to assault someone other than in self defence. Assault is pharisaically defined far too widely to include snatching a camera out of a paparazzi's hands for example without touching the guy.
So why then do we not criminalise the armies and logistical and other supporters of or collaborators with invading nations? This is plainly an international assault unless there is a justifiable self defence case to be made (such as in order remove a WMD capability).
God cannot himself act in a lawless, that is to say evil, manner. But in order to vaccinate mankind against evil. he arranges for us to experience it by permitting the demons to interact with us and by giving them authority over us and by creating some people with very little empathy (genetic psychopaths).
4 Everything Jehovah has made for his purpose, yes, even the wicked one for the evil day. (Proverbs 16 NWT)
The purpose of the evil one is to test and teach and hopefully vaccinate his brother against the evil which the evil one is working. In the judgement, the evil one may be saved, if he satisfied his corrupted conscience,. For Jesus said:
48 But the one that did not understand and so did things deserving of strokes will be beaten with few. Indeed, everyone to whom much was given, much will be demanded of him; and the one whom people put in charge of much, they will demand more than usual of him. (Luke 12 NWT).
So the real problem lies not with the psychopaths. But with the non compromised sycophants who support them. For they fail his test.
